Sample Menu:

Bun Boonie:    Rice noodle and cabage salad topped with fresh herbs, organic vegetables, peanuts and a piquant (spicy) dressing.   $4.00

Vietnamese Sandwich:  any one of our delicious toppings served on a Kelly's French roll with marinated organic vegetables, fresh herbs, and spice mayonnaise.  $3.50

Dan Da Nang:  Fresh organic vegetables, shitake mushrooms, and rice noodles in a rich, savory star anise soup.   $4.50

Santa Cruz Soba:  Buckwheat-green tea Soba noodles, sea vegetables and cabbage in a delicate miso soup.  $4.50

Chiang Mai Oh Mai:  Wide rice noodles stir-fried with organic vegetables in a lively tomato-tamarind shrimp sauce.   Topped with peanuts, cilantro, fresh bean sprouts, carrots, scallions and lime.   $4.50

Charlie's Chow Mein:  Chinese egg-less noodles and organic vegetables stir-fried in ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black bean.  Topped with fresh bean sprouts, carrots and scallions $4.50

Spicy dan's Peanut Delight:  Chinese egg-less noodles and organic vegetables topped with a spicy peanut sauce, scalions and celantro.
