Big rich complex Chard. Bouquet
suggests butterscotch and pineapple layered with perfectly ripened
melon. Flavors galore burst out in the mouth: again a suggestion
of melon plus a tease of citrus rather like orange zest. It is
rich and full in the mouth and the finishe seems determined to keep on
keeping on. Balanced, crisp though rich and dry.
We like it lightly chilled as an
aperitif.
Unfiltered. Fermented in French oak
barrels. 171 cases produced.

Big, Big classic Zin. Aromatic, fruity, spicy bouquet, Rich,
soft and ripe Zinfandel flavors. Complex, massive, mouth-filling,
long finish. This is a huge wine: 17.3% alcohol with .5% residual
sugar. The high alcohol adds sweetness.
Definitely great with anything chocolate, nuts, big blue
cheese, dried fruit. 195 cases produced.

level of complexity. Definitely not ready to drink yet. Needs another
two or three years minimum of bottle age. Only 81 cases produced.
